Wicked Pissah’s owner, Paul Hebert is a well-known figure in the Gloucester, Massachusetts fishing community. Born and raised in the town, Hebert has been fishing since he was a young boy, and it is a passion that has stayed with him throughout his life.

As a commercial fisherman, Hebert has spent countless hours out on the water, braving the elements to bring in bountiful catches.
